Divorce

Everywhere I turn these days people are getting divorced.  Blogs I read,  they are going through a divorce!

If anyone is in a TRULY abusive relationship this RANT does not apply to you.  If your spouse yelled at you for something, that is NOT abuse.

Why don't people spend as much time working on their relationship as they do to get a divorce.  There are a ton of resources out there to help people through troubled times.  There WILL be times of trouble and discouragement.  You should work through these problems not RUN from them.  Especially if children are involved.  Divorce these days is just a common as changing your underware.  If you speak with couples who have been married for many many moons they will tell your there are years that were hard.  COMMUNICATION is a huge key to getting through these times.  UNDERSTANDING each others views and opinions w/o holding it against them.  We are all going to disagree and bicker at times, but this doesn't mean we pack up and leave.  We have to get our emotions together and sort through it with maturity.  Maybe that is what is lacking in society today.  Maturity.  Are we living in a culture that takes the easy way out because the other road is too long and hard?   Lots of people are like this with their children.  Don't upset the kids!  It's just easier to not fight that battle!  ETC..................

WORK on your issues don't run from them.....
