T-Ball

We signed Reed up for T-ball today with the Arlington parks and recreation.

In Mansfield they won't start them until age 4.  Hopefully he will get to be on the same team with his good friend Tripp.  I took both kiddos with me to sign them up and they were sooo GOOD.  Amazing.  Strangers even commented on how good they were behaving.  It's times like these that make me realize what I am doing as a parent is positive and working.  It takes a ton of consistency.  Some people will make you feel like you are too hard or negative as a parent.  Why not just let kids be kids some say.  I say kids can be kids with manners, good behavior etc.  I love seeing my kids use the tools we have taught them.  We will forever have a lot of work to do but we are off to a good start.  I say this and tomorrow they will make me eat my words!!!!  HOPE NOT.  :))

Reed was singing Happy b-day to Tay Tay earlier today.  Now he has figured out how to listen to kenny chesney on the I-phone and he is singing along.  Making me smile!
