So it's been a long mentally challenging week! Tuesday Reagan went to get tubes put in her ears and her adenoids removed. She went in with a cough (not a concerning one) but it was there. She has been a little stuffy with allergies etc. She came out from the procedure well but was really congested. They gave her a breathing treatment to help loosen all the gunk she was keeping. She sounded really bad (congested) when she was waking up from surgery. The doc said her ears had a lot of pus like fluid in them and she really needed this. Here are some pictures from the day.

In the car for the ride home. Not a happy camper!
She was such a charmer in the preop area. She would welcome anyone to play and carry her around! Glad it's over and hopefully she can get better.
Reed has been a real challenge this week! Here is a good example. Yesterday he was riding his bike outside and I gave him a 5 minute warning when it was time to go inside. RIGHT! Warning is always a good idea. So when 5 mins are up I say "Reed time is up let's go inside" He says back to me "I don't want to go inside!!!!" "I AM GOIN TO GO WHERE I WANT TO GO" and takes off down the street on his bike away from me! It's going to be a long life for him and ME! I was talking with a doc at work who is reading the book "How to have a new kid by Friday" I read a few pages and it seems pretty good. Could not wait to rush home and order it from amazon since B&N did not have it....I am not running book store to book store looking! Internet and deliver are my best friends. Now and forever :)
Wednesday rolls around. I go to the doctor for my yearly checkup and long story short I have to get a bilateral mammogram on Monday! So this is weighing heavily on my mind. Probably nothing since the knot has been there as long as I can remember and a had a sonogram of that area when I found out I was prego with Reagan. We shall see but it still worries me.
This weekend we are going to the rodeo. Tomorrow morning and tomorrow night (adult night). I hope it's a fun night.
Yesterday we went to CorrImages for a calender photo shoot. Friends and family go to the website and vote for their favorite kiddo then the top pick gets a $500 photo package and the top 12 get a print and to be in their calender. Sounds fun so we jumped right in to participate. They did really well and I hope she got some great pictures. I will keep you updated on the event details.
Later Gators
